Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the BizPro – Sales Rep & Billing mobile application and the https://bizpro.appwebsite (together, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use BizPro on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorized to bind that business to these Terms.
2. The service
BizPro is a business management tool for field sales teams. It provides product and customer management, field invoicing, cash and cheque collection, outstanding balance tracking, and — depending on your plan — routes, GPS visit history, inventory, purchase orders and reporting.
BizPro is a record-keeping tool. It is not an accounting, tax-filing or banking service, and it does not move money. You are responsible for the accuracy of the records you keep and for compliance with the tax and bookkeeping laws that apply to your business.
3. Accounts & roles
- You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your credentials secure.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- Business owners control their business’s membership and may invite, suspend or remove sales reps and managers. Removing a member detaches their personal account; records they created remain with the business.
- One person may not maintain multiple free accounts to circumvent plan limits.
4. Subscriptions & billing
- Paid plans (Plus, Pro, Business) are billed as auto-renewing subscriptions through the Apple App Store or Google Play, under their respective payment terms.
- Prices are shown in USD and LKR and may change with notice; changes apply from your next billing period.
- You can cancel any time in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings; access to paid features continues until the end of the paid period.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their store policies.
- If a subscription lapses, your account reverts to the Free plan and your data is retained, subject to Free plan limits.
5. Your data & ownership
Your business data — customers, products, invoices, collections and related records — belongs to you. We claim no ownership over it. You grant us only the limited rights needed to host, process, back up and display that data in order to operate the Service.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to store the customer information you enter into BizPro, and for using features such as GPS visit tracking in compliance with the employment and privacy laws that apply to your team.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful purposes, including fraudulent invoicing or money laundering
- Attempt to access another business’s data or another user’s account
- Probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the Service, or interfere with its operation
- Reverse-engineer, copy or resell the Service or any part of it
- Upload malicious code or content that infringes others’ rights
7. Availability & changes
We work to keep the Service available and your data synced, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. The app is designed to work in the field, including with intermittent connectivity, but sync requires a network connection. We may add, change or retire features over time; material reductions to a paid plan will be communicated in advance.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, create risk for other users, or are required to be removed by law. Where reasonable, we will give notice and an opportunity to export your data.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. Reports and balances in BizPro reflect the data your team enters; we are not responsible for business decisions made on the basis of that data.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BizPro and its team shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Colombo, Sri Lanka.
