This Privacy Policy explains how BizPro – Sales Rep & Billing(“BizPro”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses and protects information when you use the BizPro mobile application and this website. By using BizPro, you agree to the practices described here.
Information we collect
Account information
- Name, email address and phone number when you create an account
- Your role within a business (owner, manager or sales rep)
- Authentication credentials, managed securely by Firebase Authentication
Business data you enter
- Business profile details, including country and currency settings
- Product catalogs, prices and categories
- Customer profiles — names, contact details, addresses and credit terms
- Invoices, payments, collections and cheque records
- Stock, route and supplier records, where those features are used
Automatically collected data
- Device information such as model, operating system and app version
- Crash reports and diagnostic logs
- GPS location when a sales rep records a customer visit (see Location data below)
How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide and operate the BizPro service — invoicing, collections, reporting and sync across your team’s devices
- Authenticate users and enforce role-based access within your business
- Process subscription purchases and manage plan entitlements
- Send service notifications, such as sync and account alerts
- Diagnose crashes, improve performance and develop new features
- Respond to support requests
We do not sell your personal information or your business data to anyone.
Location data
When the route and visit-tracking features are enabled, BizPro records a GPS coordinate at the moment a sales rep logs a customer visit. This data is collected only with the device’s location permission, is visible only to the rep’s own business (owners and managers), and is used solely to provide visit history and route features. BizPro does not track location continuously in the background beyond what is needed to record visits.
Third-party services
BizPro is built on trusted service providers that process data on our behalf:
- Google Firebase (Authentication, Firestore, Storage, Cloud Functions, Cloud Messaging) — account authentication, data storage and sync, and push notifications. See the Firebase privacy documentation.
- RevenueCat — subscription management for purchases made through the App Store and Google Play. Payment card details are handled by Apple or Google, never by BizPro. See the RevenueCat privacy policy.
- Sentry — crash and error reporting. Reports are redacted to exclude sensitive request content before they are stored. See the Sentry privacy policy.
How information is shared
- Within your business:data you enter is shared with other members of the same business according to their roles — for example, owners see all reps’ invoices, while reps see only their assigned customers.
- Service providers: the third parties listed above, only to the extent needed to operate the service.
- Legal requirements: if required by law, court order or to protect the rights and safety of our users.
Data security
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest in Google Cloud infrastructure. Access is governed by per-business security rules, so one business can never read another’s data. Financial actions such as invoices and collections are protected by an append-only audit trail. While no system can be guaranteed 100% secure, we follow industry best practices and review our security posture regularly.
Data retention & deletion
Your business data is retained for as long as your business account is active. When a sales rep is removed from a business or leaves it, their personal account is detached but the business records they created (invoices, collections) remain with the business — that history belongs to the business, not the individual account.
You can request deletion of your personal account and associated personal data at any time by contacting [email protected]. We will action deletion requests within 30 days, except where we are legally required to retain certain records.
Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
- Access a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate personal data
- Request deletion of your personal data
- Object to or restrict certain processing
- Withdraw consent for optional features such as location

Children’s privacy
BizPro is a business tool and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email before they take effect, and the “Last updated” date above will always reflect the current version.
